Our manufacturing facilities include state-of-the-art, in-house developed proprietary technology coil-to-coil lines for the lamination of Polysurlyn® and Polykraft Moisture Barriers, recoiling, surface treatment, embossing, slitting, transverse crimping and longitudinal profiling with a maximum width of 1350mm.

A computer controlled (CNC) roll forming line processes aluminum, stainless steel and metal coated ferrous metals into corrugated sheets (1 ¼”x ¼” and 3”x ¾”) and ribbed siding (4” x 1” box rib and 35-115). These sheets can be manufactured from a length of 200mm up to any shippable length.

For process automation a sophisticated industrial automation system controls all parameters to be set and monitored such as tension, speed, pressure, web control, edge guidance and temperature.

Cut-to-length and levelling lines convert coils to sheets to customer required lengths up to 6000mm with thicknesses varying from 0.25mm to 1.5mm.

Precision slitting lines process stainless steel coils into stainless steel banding and stainless steel strip for other applications.

Metal forming and joining machinery complement the manufacturing of seals, toggle clips and spring constructions .
