INSU-W-RAPID BV is an ISO9001:2015 certified quality system company that abides by strict procedures and is audited annually by TÜV Nederland
Since many of the products we process are alloyed metals, assurance of correct alloying elements is paramount. For this purpose, we use an optical emission spectrometer on all our raw materials.
In addition, our purchasing, manufacturing, stocking and sales IT system is designed around industry requirements of quality assurance and traceability, and is strictly implemented. Full batch registration and access to QA/QC documents are fully automated. Internal audits by the ISO9001:2015 certifying body, the major Oil & Gas companies and globally operating EPC contractors all positively confirm this.
On occasion, we use the services of third party test houses, such as Element Material Technology, Exova, to confirm our findings independently.
